Wireless access control wireless charging coil has been tested and witnessed by well-known customers

The wireless access control wireless charging coil samples have been tested by end customers in Taiwan. Due to their fast response performance and good quality, the customer confirmed and arranged small batch trial production orders.
What comes to mind first for Taiwanese customers? 1. Renowned for strict product quality requirements and customer pickiness Carefulness, actually doing it slowly also means being careful, and the manufacturer needs photos of the product, equipment, and factory. Inquire about the production process, raw material sources, packaging process, etc. of the product, and sometimes even inform Taiwanese customers of changes in the manufacturer’s raw material procurement channels. They need to know too much, it seems that every step is not missed. 3. Slow, Taiwanese people are known for being slow and meticulous in their work, and I believe everyone shares the same feeling. This is true in all industries. Taiwanese customers are known for their strict requirements, let alone the product Fuying, which uses wireless access control. After nearly half a year of hard work, they have successfully won the Taiwan customer’s car wireless access control wireless charging coil project.
In June 2020, through a friend’s recommendation, I met Mr. Liu, a research and development engineer of the client. After a detailed conversation with Mr. Liu, it was learned that he was having a headache with a wireless access control wireless charging coil project in his hand. He had asked multiple manufacturers for samples, but none of them met the customer’s requirements,
It is understood that the induction coil of the wireless access control wireless charger needs to be made of 0.08 * 50 strands of hot air wrapped wire. The coil lead wire is required to be very short, only 4.6mm. Not only is the lead wire short, but the greater difficulty is that such a short lead wire needs to be bent by 90 degrees. The angle bending of such multi stranded short leads is extremely easy to cause several leads to break, thereby causing the resistance of the induction coil of the wireless charger to be extremely high. After learning about Mr. Liu’s complaint, Fuying immediately held a project meeting, which focused on discussing how to make the lead wire bend continuously. Because the possibility of manually bending the lead wire to break is very high, it is difficult to achieve 100% with a 90 degree angle dimension manually. Therefore, the final decision was made to develop a coil lead wire bending pneumatic equipment, which controls the bending force and bending angle dimension with the pneumatic equipment. After a three-day design cycle of research and development, the equipment is officially put into production by the equipment manufacturer. And the samples were prepared and sent to Mr. Liu two days after the equipment returned to the factory. After receiving the samples, Mr. Liu quickly tested the resistance and inductance of the induction coil of the wireless access control wireless charger, and excitedly provided feedback that our sample size, bending angle, and product performance fully met their requirements. After testing 30 samples and confirming that there were no problems, Mr. Liu did not hesitate to place a 1K trial production order. Mr. Liu replied that after the project is officially put into mass production, the monthly usage will be 100K.
